During his visit to Hazrat-e Masoumeh University, Seyyed Mohammad Taghi Shahcheraghi announced that the problems of this institute will be solved in the near future with the cooperation of the Special Office of the President, the Minister of Sports and Youth and the Municipality of Qom.
According to the report of Public Relations and International Affairs of Hazrat-e Masoumeh University, during his visit to Hazrat-e Masoumeh University, the governor of Qom stated that 25 billion Tomans has been allocated to Hazrat-e Masoumeh University during presidential visit to Qom province. 10 billion Tomans of this credit has been received and the remaining 15 billion Tomans will be allocated to this university with the agreement of the plan and Budget Organization.
Seyyed Mohammad Taghi Shahcheraghi, stating that by providing the second phase of resources of presidential travel the construction of the university dormitory will begin, added: "If the 15 billion toman of presidential travel credit is allocated to this university, the construction of the universitys self-service will be completed."
He added: with the cooperation of the Special Office of the President, the Minister of Sports and Youth and Qom Municipality, issues such as satisfying the universitys sports needs, student’s travel problems, required educational space, landscaping and green space problems of the university will be solved.
The governor of Qom said: in the next 15 days, with the coordination of the provinces charitable association, issues such as building a dormitory and helping to build the educational space of this university are to be followed up.
Shahcheraghi added: Hazrat-e Masoumeh University is a single-gender university that was supposed to cover students scientific and non-scientific topics with good and easier conditions from the beginning of its establishment, but this has not been achieved yet.
The president of Hazrat-e Masoumeh University also mentioned dormitory as the most important problem of this university and said: Hazrat-e Masoumeh University has 1,113 non-native students, of which dormitories are provided for only 360 students, and dormitories need to be built for about 700 other students.
Providing educational and research services needed by women in society and training committed and efficient forces for the future management of the country, especially in the field of women, is one of the most important goals of this university.
