Faculty of Theology and Law is one of the faculties that provides academic programs at Bachelor’s and  Master’s degrees. It is composed of three departments, namely Quranic Sciences and Tradition, Law and Jurisprudence. Currently, this faculty has as many as 15 faculty members. Furthermore, about 616 students are at undergraduate level and 38 students at postgraduate level . Currently, in Tradition field only Nahj -al- Balagha sub-discipline is studied.
Department of Theology and Law intends to be developed at postgraduate level.
Fortunately, the potential of Qom province is appropriate for the realization of the  faculty’s mission statement; hence,  it is tried to exploit all scientific facilities of Qom like specialized libraries and institutes.
